The clinic had no structured Google Ads presence and minimal organic visibility. Competing against established dermatology clinics in London, ON meant they needed both immediate paid traffic and a long-term SEO foundation to build authority in a high-intent, high-trust niche.

Paid Media Results (Jun 2025 – Mar 2026)
Across all campaigns, the account generated 627,379 impressions, 11,297 clicks, and 255 conversions at a total spend of CA$12,450.98. The average cost per conversion came in at approximately CA$48.80, well within acceptable range for a medical aesthetics practice.
South London Mole Clinic (Smart Campaign)
This campaign drove the bulk of results: 529K impressions, 8,960 clicks, 196 calls, and 27 website conversions at a spend of CA$9,926.
The average CPC held at CA$1.12 with a 2.01% conversion rate.
Calls Mole Removal & Aesthetic (Smart Campaign)
This call-focused campaign achieved a standout 3.83% conversion rate with 90 direct calls to the clinic.

Organic Growth (Search Console)
On the organic side, pinkalhealth.com saw significant momentum.
Over the last 3 months, clicks grew 44% to 1,950 and impressions surged 64% to 97,300.
The homepage became the top-performing page with 823 clicks (up 65%) and a second URL variant contributing 408 clicks (up 209%).
